Club Sparty - Rules and Codes of Conduct

Club Sparty offers a venue for free thinking consenting adult couples or single ladies (over 18 years of age) to come along, dance, drink, flirt and generally have a good time.

As a Lifestyles Club, there may be times when nude or semi-nude people will be on the Club premises. And yes, some of these people may be engaged in sexual activity. If nudity or sexual activity is likely to offend, please do not attend.

As to the swinging side of the Club, this may, or may not happen. We make no promises about swinging at the Club.

Rules
Club Sparty is essentially informal in nature, and allows for free thinking adults to relax, chat and swing if they wish.

To ensure the smooth running of the Club the following rules apply :-

  • 1. - No illegal drugs. Period. This is not negotiable. And we have no tolerance for anyone who breaks this rule.
  • 2. - No cameras. This includes PXT / Camera capable Cell phones. If you are caught taking photos you will be required to leave immediately. And it is possible someone may take offence and throw your Camera / Cell phone into the Spa. We take no responsibilty for any damage caused. If you wish to have a Photo Session, ask us.
  • 3. - Cellphone use. Unless you are staff or have permission, using a Cell Phone, for whatever reason, outside the designated Cell Phone area may mean immediate eviction from the Club premises. And you may not be able to gain entry on further occasions.
  • 4. - Admittance and/or service is entirely at the discretion of Club Sparty and it's employees. We reserve the right to refuse admission / service for any reason, including attitude. No correspondence will be entered into and our decision is final.
  • 5. - You attend Club Sparty entirely at your own risk. Club Sparty takes no responsibilty for any injuries however caused.
  • 6. - Dress code is smart/casual. No scruffy jeans etc. Dress jeans are fine.
  • 7. - No soliciting. We are not a Brothel.
  • 8. - Couples attendance. You must arrive and leave as a couple. This rule will be strictly enforced. A Couple is defined as one male, one female.
  • 9. - "No" means "No". Not "maybe", Not "Hassle me and maybe I'll change my mind". Please do not force your attentions onto anyone who has already said No !!!!
  • 10. - Attendees will be expected to be 100% discrete. Information regarding Club Sparty and attendees must never be passed onto others without the Club Director's express consent being given first in writing.

    • By attending Club sparty you agree to be bound by these rules.
    Any breach may result in legal action being taken.

    We reserve to the right to change any of the above rules and/or conditions at any time we wish without any notice whatsoever.
